Cancellation and Exchange Policy (Online Orders)

At Empire Watch Company, we aim to provide you with a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and exchange policy for online orders:

Order Cancellation:
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If the cancellation is successful, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item, kindly submit your request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to availability, and the customer must purchase an item of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer. Please note that exchange requests are not applicable to accessories purchased through our e-store.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are only applicable for canceled orders that are canceled before shipping. Once an order is shipped, refunds are not available. We do not offer refunds for price changes that may occur after purchase.

Order Cancellation by Empire Watch Company:
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
