Payments made by customers to sales staff via online transactions are not valid and must be made only to the official Empire Watch Company account. Account details are mentioned on our website.

The amount paid is non-refundable and can only be used toward the purchase of the watch you selected.

If the wristwatch paid for is not functioning due to a manufacturing defect, Empire Watch Company will arrange to provide you with a new wristwatch of the same model within 60 days. If that specific model is unavailable, an equivalent or higher model will be provided, as long as the amount paid covers the value of the replacement.
